Family Support Services

OVERVIEW

Our Family Support Services program provides Habitat partner families with the guidance, resources, and connections they need to thrive, not just in their new home, but in all aspects of life. From the moment a family is accepted into our program, our team works alongside them to ensure a successful journey.

Support includes financial literacy coaching, referrals to community services, assistance navigating home maintenance requirements, and ongoing check-ins after families have moved in. We understand that a home is only the beginning, and that true independence comes when families have the tools and support to build on their foundation.
