Repairs

OVERVIEW

Our REPAIR Program helps homeowners maintain and improve their homes so they can continue to live safely and independently. We offer a range of services including general home repairs, critical repairs, and kitchen removals, connecting families with skilled staff, volunteers, and donated materials. Our rates are reasonable, our staff are qualified and friendly, and partnering with us means you are supporting Habitat's mission to build housing, community, and hope.

Home Repairs

Provides quality repair services at a reasonable hourly rate (minimum job price of $150) to help homeowners maintain their properties and protect their most asset. Examples include fixing leaky faucets, patching drywall, repairing flooring, replacing doors or windows, deck repairs, and general carpentry.

Critical Repairs

Addresses urgent repairs that affect the safety, security, or habitability of a home. Examples include roof repairs, fixing faulty electrical or plumbing, addressing structural damage, mold remediation, and heating system failures.

Kitchen Removals

Provides affordable removal of kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and fixtures for homeowners looking to renovate or update their kitchen space.
