As we all start to adapt to our new normal in this next phase of the COVID-19 world, we are all eager to start re-engaging with our colleagues and friends in a safe but invigorating fashion. This unique event could be your “kick-off” to a return to work, “summer BBQ” or simply a way for your group to work together and do good, while staying distanced.
A Habitat Build Day offers a full day of camaraderie, laughter, food, photos, learning new skills and importantly, building homes and impacting the future of dozens of families. We are following strict COVID-19 guidelines, allowing us to work together safely, without hampering your experience in any way. Your energy and financial support for our families will be making a life-changing difference. During COVID-19, like you, Habitat candidate families have been sheltering in place however sadly, they are trying to survive in overcrowded and unhealthy homes while trying to care for and teach their children. Many of these families are front line workers also balancing work and the associated risks.
Book your Habitat Build Day now and help us complete homes in Richmond for 6 families and have them in by Christmas 2020, or help with our 8 units in Mission for early 2021 completion!
