In order to streamline our membership renewal process, all memberships will now expire on June 1st of each year.  This will allow us to include membership renewals in our Notice of AGM, saving time and money.  Also, it will ensure that all members are current and eligible to vote at our AGM.

As of Friday, 11 May, we are in the final stages of the building permit application process for 8745 Government Street Phase 6.  We expect to receive it within two weeks and will then commence construction on the final phase of this neighborhood.  We will be building five days a week for this build, Tuesday through Saturday, so we will need your help!
